As a Neutral Entity

• No involvement of any potential customers in the management or shareholding of MY.NeuTrans
• MY.NeuTrans shall not own any share, not involve in the management nor reside in premises of its potential customers
• MY.NeuTrans shall not involve in retail telecommunications and Internet services and hence will not compete with its own customers to serve the end-users
• MY.NeuTrans shall operate using a standard terms and conditions of service for all its customers

As a Trusted Third Party

• MY.NeuTrans shall be the only party who can access its facilities for installation and maintenance
• MY.NeuTrans provides life-time maintenance
