Jamaludin Mohd Nor

Jamaludin Mohd Nor is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience across industries such as tolled highways, higher education, property development, and construction. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), he has managed financial operations for organizations with assets exceeding RM17 billion and revenues of up to RM400 million.

He has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance, overseeing financial reporting, treasury management, loan syndication, and ERP system implementation. His expertise extends to corporate exercises, acquisitions, and governance, working closely with Boards on strategic decision-making.

Notable achievements include leading Prolintas Group’s RM17 billion asset management, streamlining financial reporting, and optimizing payment processes. At SILK Holdings Berhad, he played a key role in growing assets from RM950 million to RM2.5 billion while implementing innovative financial systems.

Currently, as Chief Financial Officer at Neutral Transmission Malaysia Sdn Bhd, he manages financial reporting, budgeting, and asset management for the fiber optic infrastructure provider. His extensive experience in financial strategy and governance continues to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
